Costco Pork Chops / Air Fryer
First practical entry. Adjust after the next real cook and keep the correction trail.
Status

First tried
Add date after cooking
Method
Air fryer. Preheat if the machine benefits from it.
Temp / time
Start around 380F / 10-14 min , flip halfway. Check early if thin.
Target
145F internal , then rest 3 minutes.
Notes
Pat dry. Light oil. Season both sides. Do not crowd the basket.
Correction
If dry, check at 9-10 minutes next time. Thick chops and thin chops are not the same job.
Don't do this again
Do not trust the package thickness by eye. Do not skip the thermometer. Do not skip the rest.

Grill Notes
Sugary sauce: add late so it does not burn.
New recipe: test before feeding guests.
Meat: temperature beats guessing.
Resting: write down when skipping it made things worse.

Brands / Tips / Recommendations
For the stuff that is easy to forget: good brands, warnings, tips from other people, and things worth trying once.
Remember this brand: brand, product, size, store, and why it was good.
Someone said to try: who said it, what they suggested, and where to find it.
Buy again: rubs, sauces, frozen stuff, meat cuts, noodles, coffee, snacks, pantry staples.
Don't buy again: bland, too salty, bad texture, overpriced, wrong size, not worth the shelf space.

Chat To Kitchen
When a useful cooking answer comes up, say: add that to Billville Kitchen.
Best format: what it is, method, temp/time, date, note, correction.
Good for: cook times, brands, tips, warnings, YouTube recipes.
Later upgrade: turn this into a Google Sheet-backed kitchen log.
Food safety note: for pork chops, use a thermometer and aim for 145F internal
with a 3 minute rest. The times on this page are working notes, not a substitute for checking the actual food.
